This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the sale of products by Bessika Solutions Inc (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing from our website or through any authorized sales channel, you agree to the terms of this Policy, which is intended to comply with applicable laws and regulations in the State of Texas.
All sales of durable medical equipment are considered final unless otherwise provided in this Policy. Because many of our products are medical in nature, certain items are not eligible for return once opened or used, in accordance with state and federal health regulations.
To request a return, you must contact our Customer Service department within fourteen days from the date of delivery. Requests must include proof of purchase and an explanation of the reason for return. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all manuals, accessories, and documentation.
Items that are ineligible for return include, but are not limited to, opened or used medical equipment, items that have come into contact with bodily fluids, custom-ordered products, and disposable supplies. If a product is defective upon receipt, we will, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund once the product has been returned and inspected.
Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment and may take seven to ten business days to process after approval. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item was defective at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
If you refuse delivery of an order without prior authorization, or fail to follow the required return process, we reserve the right to withhold any refund. Returned products are subject to inspection, and we may deny a refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
We make no guarantee of exchange or replacement for products returned without compliance to this Policy. Any exceptions or special accommodations are at the sole discretion of Bessika Solutions Inc and will be made in writing.
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the state of Texas.
